How bdtjlapp Protects Your Data
The following cards summarise our core privacy commitments. They are provided for quick reference only and do not replace the full legal text set out in the sections below. Please read this Privacy Policy in its entirety before using the bdtjlapp platform.
SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and bdtjlapp servers is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your personal and financial information is never sent in plain text.
No Unauthorised Sharing
bdtjlapp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with vetted service providers who are contractually bound to use it solely on our behalf.
You Control Your Data
Registered players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting our support team. We aim to respond to all data requests within 30 days.
Cookie Transparency
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyse platform performance. Our Cookie Policy section explains each cookie category, its purpose, and how to manage your preferences.
Defined Retention Periods
bdtjlapp retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Account data is typically held for a minimum of five years after account closure for AML compliance.
KYC Compliance
As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, bdtjlapp conducts mandatory Know Your Customer verification. Identity documents submitted during KYC are stored securely and used solely for verification and regulatory purposes.
Section 1
Information We Collect
bdtjlapp collects personal information from you in several ways — directly when you register and use the platform, automatically as you browse and play, and in limited circumstances from third-party sources as part of our verification processes. The categories of personal data we collect are described below.
Information you provide directly:
- Registration data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address when you create a bdtjlapp account.
- Identity verification documents: Copies of government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address documents, and payment method screenshots submitted as part of our KYC process.
- Financial data: Your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile number and transaction references associated with deposits and withdrawals. We do not store full bank account numbers or card numbers on our own servers.
- Communications: Messages, complaints, and support tickets you submit to our customer service team via email or live chat.
- Preference settings: Responsible gaming limits, self-exclusion preferences, marketing opt-in status, and notification settings you configure within your account dashboard.
Information collected automatically:
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, screen resolution, and time zone setting.
- Usage data: Pages visited, games played, session duration, bet amounts and outcomes, navigation path through the site, and feature interactions.
- Cookies and tracking data: Session cookies, persistent cookies, and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section of this Policy.
- Location data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, used to enforce regional access controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Children's Data: bdtjlapp does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal data to us, we will delete that data immediately and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, please contact us at support@bdtjlapp without delay.
Section 2
How We Use Your Data
bdtjlapp processes your personal data for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not use your data in ways that are incompatible with the purpose for which it was originally collected. The table below sets out our primary processing activities and the lawful basis for each.
| Processing Purpose | Data Categories Used | Lawful Basis |
|---|---|---|

| Identity verification (KYC) | Identity documents, registration data | Legal obligation |
| Anti-money laundering (AML) screening | Financial data, usage data, device data | Legal obligation |
| Fraud prevention and security monitoring | Device data, usage data, IP address | Legitimate interest |

Where bdtjlapp relies on your consent as the lawful basis for processing — for example, to send you promotional emails about new games, bonuses, or seasonal offers around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL season — you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account dashboard or by contacting support@bdtjlapp. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Section 3
Data Sharing & Third Parties
bdtjlapp does not sell, rent, or exchange your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. We may, however, share your data with carefully selected categories of third parties where it is necessary to operate the platform, fulfil our legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of our players.
Categories of third parties with whom data may be shared:
- Payment processors: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other financial service providers receive transactional data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are subject to applicable Bangladeshi financial regulations.
- Game software providers: Third-party game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) may receive an anonymised player session token to facilitate game play. These providers do not receive your full name, contact details, or financial information.
- Identity verification services: We use third-party KYC and AML screening services to validate the identity documents you submit. These providers process your data strictly on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- IT infrastructure and hosting providers: Our platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Hosting providers have access to server-level data but are contractually prohibited from accessing or using your personal data for any purpose other than providing infrastructure services.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: bdtjlapp will disclose personal data to government bodies, regulators, or law enforcement agencies where required to do so by applicable law — for example, in response to a valid legal order, a court subpoena, or a regulatory request related to anti-money laundering investigations.
No International Data Transfers Without Safeguards: Where any of the above third parties are located outside Bangladesh, bdtjlapp ensures that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under applicable Bangladeshi data protection principles before any transfer occurs.
In the event that bdtjlapp undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its business assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance via email or an on-site notification if such a transaction materially affects the way your data is processed, and you will be given the opportunity to request deletion of your data before the transfer completes.
Section 5
Data Retention & Storage
bdtjlapp retains your personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity. The following retention guidelines apply:
- Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five years after account closure, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) and financial record-keeping obligations.
- KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of submission, or longer if required by a regulatory authority's instruction.
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction in accordance with financial compliance requirements.
- Customer support communications: Retained for three years from the date of resolution, to enable reference in the event of a related future complaint or dispute.
- Marketing opt-in records: Retained for the duration of your marketing consent, plus three years thereafter as evidence of your consent decision.
- Analytics data: Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to any individual player.
All personal data stored by bdtjlapp is held on secure servers. Physical access to our servers is restricted to authorised personnel only. Digital access is controlled via role-based access management, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. Data backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate locations to protect against loss due to hardware failure or natural disaster.
When your personal data is no longer required, bdtjlapp will securely delete or anonymise it in a manner that renders it irrecoverable. If you request deletion of your data before the end of the applicable retention period, we will restrict processing of that data to the minimum required for compliance purposes and will delete it as soon as the legal retention obligation expires.
Section 6
Your Privacy Rights
As a registered player on bdtjlapp, you have a number of rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. We are committed to honouring these rights in a timely and transparent manner. Your rights include:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data bdtjlapp holds about you at any time. We will provide this within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
- Right to rectification: If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. You can update many details directly within your account settings; for others, please contact our support team.
- Right to erasure: You may request that bdtjlapp deletes your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other lawful basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to legal retention obligations — we cannot delete data that we are required by law to retain.
- Right to restriction of processing: You may request that bdtjlapp restricts the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of your data is being verified, or where you have objected to processing and we are considering that objection.
- Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You also have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.
- Right to data portability: Where processing is based on your consent or contractual necessity, you may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so that you can transfer it to another service provider.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To withdraw marketing consent, update your preferences in your account dashboard or email support@bdtjlapp.
How to Exercise Your Rights: Submit your data rights request by emailing support@bdtjlapp with the subject line "Data Rights Request". Include your full name, registered email address, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. bdtjlapp will respond within 30 calendar days. For complex requests, this period may be extended by up to a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Section 7
Security Measures
bdtjlapp takes the security of your personal data seriously. We implement a layered approach to data security that combines technical, organisational, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure.
Technical safeguards in place include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data in transit between your browser and our servers.
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, including identity documents and financial records stored in our databases.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for all administrative access to production systems.
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) to detect and block common attack patterns including SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and brute-force login attempts.
- Continuous intrusion detection monitoring with automated alerts for anomalous access patterns or data exfiltration attempts.
- Regular penetration testing carried out by independent security specialists to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Organisational safeguards include:
- Role-based access controls ensuring that team members can only access the data they need to perform their specific job function.
- Mandatory data protection and security awareness training for all staff who handle personal data.
- A documented incident response plan that sets out the steps to be taken in the event of a data breach, including notification of affected players within 72 hours where required.
Your Role in Security: While bdtjlapp implements robust security measures, the security of your account also depends on you. Use a strong, unique password for your bdtjlapp account. Do not share your credentials with anyone. Log out of your account when using a shared or public device. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@bdtjlapp immediately and we will secure your account and investigate the incident.
Section 8
Policy Updates & Contact
bdtjlapp reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will publish the revised Policy on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — for example, where we introduce a new category of data processing or share data with a new category of third party — we will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-site notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the bdtjlapp platform after a revised Privacy Policy has been published and notified to you constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change to this Policy, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically — particularly before submitting new personal information, making a large transaction, or activating a new promotional offer — to ensure you remain comfortable with how your data is being handled.
Contact Our Privacy Team: If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or to the personal data bdtjlapp holds about you, please contact us at: support@bdtjlapp. Our privacy team is available seven days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays.
