Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active. This cooling-off delay is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider whether the increase is truly in your best interest.

A time-out period cannot be cancelled or shortened once it is activated. This is intentional. During any self-exclusion period, your bdtjlapp account is fully locked and access to all gaming features is suspended. All marketing communications are permanently cancelled for the exclusion duration, and your contact details will be flagged to prevent re-registration attempts. Any account balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within seven business days.
Attempting to Re-Register During Exclusion: If you attempt to open a new bdtjlapp account while an active self-exclusion is in place, the new account will be closed immediately upon detection and any deposits made will be refunded.
