Terms & Conditions for bdtjlapp

To register a player account and use bdtjlapp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdtjlapp is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bdtjlapp or any of its affiliate companies or software providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether voluntary or mandatory — that restricts your access to online gambling platforms.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is expressly prohibited under applicable local law at the time of your access.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed your account or created an account on bdtjlapp, you are required to notify us immediately at support@bdtjlapp so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. We take underage gambling prevention extremely seriously and cooperate fully with any relevant enforcement requests.

bdtjlapp processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks if the requested amount is significantly larger than your typical transaction history, if the account has not yet completed full KYC verification, or if our fraud detection systems flag the transaction for review. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is released.

Players using bdtjlapp are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on bdtjlapp under any identity, whether real or fictitious.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other technological aid that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or calculation faults for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified platform error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including pre-arranged match outcomes in peer-to-peer games or coordinated betting patterns designed to extract value from promotions.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent any regional access restriction applied by bdtjlapp.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. bdtjlapp is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bdtjlapp staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback activity on deposits made to your bdtjlapp account.

bdtjlapp reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance confiscation, and permanent closure — where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. We also reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies against individuals whose conduct causes financial or reputational harm to the platform or to other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjlapp, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the bdtjlapp platform.

bdtjlapp does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games will function error-free at all times, or that any specific game outcome will be achieved. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party provider outages, and telecommunications failures are outside our direct control. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.

In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect payout — whether caused by a software error on bdtjlapp's own platform or by a fault in a third-party game provider's system — bdtjlapp reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the original stake amounts to the affected players' accounts. Payouts made in error as a result of a technical fault are not considered valid wins and must be returned.

The bdtjlapp platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability of any information, product, or service offered on the platform. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit bdtjlapp's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdtjlapp's operating jurisdiction. Any legal disputes must first be submitted to bdtjlapp's internal complaints resolution process before being referred to external arbitration or litigation.
